Jennifer has worked in human resources within the industries of IT, consulting, construction, and pharmaceuticals. No matter the company industry, she believes that the role of human resources is to support company goals and vision through the continued support and development of employees. The greatest asset of any organization is its people. She most enjoys serving as a coach, digging into the legal aspects of human resources law, and interacting with employees at all levels of an organization.
Through her drive to support others and give back where she can, Jennifer joined VetCTAP with the intention of offering up what she knew about human resources to support our transitioning military and their spouses. She holds volunteerism as one of her personal core values.
