Dr. Jeffrey M. Daniels

Jeffrey is an operations and sales leader in the power distribution services, maintenance, repairs, retrofits, and refurbishment sector. He works on business development to ensure companies and end users have reliable and stable power to meet their needs, leading to their clients receiving needed goods and services.

Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Sciences and Technology from Thomas Ediston State University, received his MBA from National University, and earned his Doctorate in Business Administration from Walden University. Dr. Daniels’ published dissertation in 2024 is Electrical Field Service Employees' Intent to Stay or Leave highlighting the importance of job satisfaction and employee motivation as the driving causes of voluntary resignation. He has published in trade magazines and spoken at national trade conferences in the professional field services sector. Jeffrey is a United States Navy veteran who served before 9/11 as a Nuclear Electrician’s Mate and has continued to serve veterans through non-profit board service, personal coaching, mentoring, and hiring veterans into great careers.
